The Metrology Symposium 2024. Digitalization and Automation in Mass Metrology. Third Edition: Future and New Solutions was held on April 16-18, 2024.

The conference was organized by Český metrologický institut (ČMI) and RADWAG. LABMATE became the event’s media partner, and honorary patronage was assumed by the Central Office of Measures and the Polish Metrological Union.

On the first day of the symposium, the conference organizers delivered their welcome speeches. Guests were also greeted by Radosław Witkowski, the President of the City of Radom. Then our guests and also experts in the field of mass metrology from around the world gave their lectures. Among them were representatives from the NRC in Canada, NIST in the US, PTB in Germany, ČMI in the Czech Republic, BEV in Austria and BoM in Macedonia.

The second day of the symposium featured parallel product workshops led by our employees and partners. The stations were related to RADWAG products, such as automatic, robotic and manual mass comparators, SM-MYA 5.5Y Susceptometer, AP-12.5Y Automatic Device for Multichannel Pipette Calibration and the SDKP Workstation for Pipettes Calibration, weighing modules and non-standard executions outside the regular offer.

Participants spent the last day of the Metrology Symposium at the Central Office of Measures (GUM) in Kielce. Our guests toured the campus laboratories and attended lectures given by metrology experts representing the GUM Mass Laboratory.
