Expertise and experience are RADWAG’s strengths highlighted by our new partner, Mr. Olivier Mauger. Mauger is the founder of the LaboMasse calibration laboratory, which was established over a year ago in Chartres, France.

This laboratory’s services include calibration and legalization as well as the rental and sale of balances or scales and mass standards. LaboMasse specializes in calibration and verification, as well as adjustment, cleaning and restoration of mass standards used in many industries to control weighing systems.

Providing these services would not be possible without manual mass comparators such as the WAY 1.5Y.KO and 200.5Y.KO manufactured by RADWAG.

Before making his decision, Mr. Mauger visited our factory in Poland and saw RADWAG’s mass comparators. During his visit, he had the opportunity to meet experts who work on these devices on a daily basis and ask them technical questions.

RADWAG France has its own sales department, service department and showroom, and is in constant contact with a French-speaking correspondent in Poland. The office manager is Ms. Armelle Bouchet, whom we sincerely thank for doing an excellent job. This was also the case with the newly established partnership with LaboMasse.
