Termobilancia MA 50.R

 
Le termobilance sono strumenti da laboratorio sviluppati per determinare il contenuto di umidita in piccoli campioni di differenti matrici. Le termobilance serie MA.R ridefiniscono il livello standard delle termobilance.
 
 
 
 

Interfacce di comunicazione

Questa serie di strumenti e stata equipaggiata con un nuovo display LCD di ultima generazione facilmente leggibile e che e provvisto di linee di testo ad uso informatico come messaggi supplementari e dati come nome del prodotto ed eventuale tara.
 
Le termobilance utilizzando pittogrammi di interpretazione immediata segnalano il modo operativo corrente, la connessione a PC, e funzioni sia realtive alla bilancia che hai servizi.
 
L’euipaggiamento della serie MA.R e arricchito con svariate interfacce di comunicazione. RS232, USB tipo A, USB tipo B con la Wi-Fi®. Le termobilance sono costruite con una struttura in policarbonato ad alta resistenza.
 
 
 

Database:

Le informazioni degli strumenti delle termobilance serie R sono organizzate in sei diversi database che permettono l’utilizzo delle stesse da parte di diversi operatori che possono dtabse comprendenti svariati prodotti. I dati prodotti dalle misure eseguite possono essere utilizzati per analisi successive.

I dati vengono organizzati in sei diversi database:
  • Utilizzatori (fino a 100 utilizzatori)
  • Prodotti (fino a 1000 prodotti)
  • Pesate (fino a 1000 pesate)
  • Tare (fino a 100)
  • Programmi (fino a 100 programmi di essiccazione)
  • Rapporti dei processi di pesatura (fino a 1000 rapporti)

Lo scambio di informazioni all’interno del sistema viene eseguito per mezzo di una porta USB in modo bidirezionale. E’ possibile importare ed esportare i databse utilizzando memorie flash USB.

alle funzioni ed ai database direttamente utilizzando i pulsanti della tastiera come di seguito:
  • Database – accesso ai database
  • Function – accesso alle informazioni di base
  • F1 e F2 – pulsanti funzione programmabili e pulsanti di navigazione tra i menu
  • Reports – accesso al database dei rapporti dei processi di essiccazione
  • Profile – accesso all’impostazione dei parametri

Diagnostic function aiming at metrological parameters determination (repeatability), the parameters are determined for the actual conditions of use. When speaking of repeatability it may be also used for weighing time optimization. Autotest is operated in an automatic mode thus operator’s time is saved.

ALIBI Memory

ALIBI Memory

"ALIBI" memory enables saving and storing up to 100000 measurements.  Measurements are saved automatically upon each pressing of the key. There is no need for any additional operations or changing settings.
The following data related with the measurements is saved: measurement date; measurement time; result (mass); tare value; operator carrying out the measurement (logged in); product name.
The software saves the measurement in a so called loop, i.e. when the measurement no. 100001 is saved, the measurement 1 gets automatically deleted from the memory.
Measurements saved to balance memory cannot be deleted.
You can preview and print out the data saved to the ALIBI database.

Method for obtaining maximum drying temperature. There are 4 drying profiles: standard, mild, step, fast. The profiles differ by which ensure various dynamics of temperature increase.

Determination of product mass after completed technological, physical and chemical processes enforcing product moisture evaporation. RADWAG moisture analyzers are designed to test the moisture content by heating of the samples, which is done using an IR emitter, a halogen or a metal heater.
