UYA 6.5Y.KO  Mass Comparator

 
RADWAG’s latest line of comparators enables calibration of mass standards and weights according to OIML (R-111) recommendations from 1 mg to 5 g for class E1 and below. The comparators are used to ensure consistency of mass measurements and verification of mass standards in accordance with the requirements of legal metrology. RADWAG mass comparators have gained recognition of calibration laboratories in many countries of the world.
 
 
 
 

Automatically Opened Weighing Chamber

The UYA 6.5Y.KO comparator consists of two parts. One of them contains an electronic module, the other – a precise mechanical measuring system. This solution guarantees the elimination of the influence of temperature changes (heating of electronic components) on the comparator’s indications. The comparator is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing weighing chamber in the shape of a cylinder, with a glass blow-out cover, closed and opened automatically. All chamber components are made of glass or metal, minimising the influence of electrostatic fields on the weighing result.
 
 
 

Difficult Ambient Conditions in the Room? We Have the Solution!

Standard equipment of the UYA 6.5Y.KO mass comparator is an anti-draft chamber, which minimises the influence of imperfect weighing room conditions (draughts, drafts) on the readings. The mass comparator is placed inside the chamber. Sliding side windows provide unobstructed access to the weighing chamber.
 
 
 

Larger Screen (10’’)

means more information in one place and the possibility to use the comparator working mode to change the number of cycles, method to be compared, etc. The comparator mode significantly simplifies calibration, especially when combined with software such as RMCS, which automates and records the entire process and thus provides full documentation.
 
 
 

Increase Productivity in Your Laboratory!

A dedicated software program, RMCS, is used for the comprehensive implementation of calibration procedures in the laboratory. RMCS manages the entire calibration process – from the acceptance of the order, through the execution of the procedure to the issuing of the calibration certificate. The work of the comparators in combination with the calibration process control software means greater efficiency, reliable measurement results, comprehensive calibration documentation and lower labour costs.
 
 
CAUTION:
In order to carry out the weighing process by means of microbalance and ultra-microbalances correctly, it is necessary to prepare the workstation and to operate the device as required.
