The robotic mass comparator available in two models, RMC 100.1 and RMC 1000.1, is a new mechanical design by RADWAG. Its innovation lies in the fact that it combines the features of a robot and the AK two-position comparator, where:
-
the robot is used to load mass standards into the magazine of the AK two-position comparator,
-
an automatic comparator, which is located inside, performs comparisons.
The use of the RMC 100.1 and RMC 1000.1 robotic comparator models brings many advantages, namely it:
-
eliminates air drafts caused by the robot operation,
-
reduces vibrations caused by the robot during mass standard loading,
-
solves the problem of the chamber heating up,
-
minimises wear and tear of robot parts, thus extending the life of the device.
In the near future, we will expand the functionality of the RMC 100.1 and RMC 1000.1 robotic comparators, they will offer the possibility of using suspended self-centring weighing pans. The traditional application of a comparator robot does not allow the above, so this will be the first such solution in the world available for robots with max capacities of 100 and 1000g.
