SQC mode for statistical quality control in 3Y/4Y balances now features a new function: full-empty and empty-full control. The aim of this control is to check the net weight of a product in a packaging.
 

The user is guided through the procedure by means of prompts displayed in accordance with the order in which the samples are determined and saved in the mode. Final report containing statistics for net weight and tares is generated after process completion. The operator can set maximum permissible error thresholds in accordance with his own criteria.
 

This solution is intended for pharmaceutical, food and other industries where there is a need to meet strict legislation, and where the exceptional accuracy of filling a packaging with a product is crucial. This type of control contributes to optimization of production costs.
