What Is the Personal Scale Designed for?

The Personal Scale is used to weigh patients in health care facilities, as well as students in balance examinations or, for example, athletes during training and before competitions.

How to Calculate BMI on a Personal Scale?

With the Personal Scale you will determine your BMI (Body Mass Index). The index is obtained by dividing the value of body weight, given in kilograms, by the value of height squared, given in meters. The BMI classification (range of values) was developed for adults and is not applicable to children.

Type II diabetes, atherosclerosis, risk of heart attack, diet and regular body figure monitoring are just some of the reasons why you should systematically check your BMI.

What Are the Strengths of Personal Scales?

They Will Not Fail in Times of Need

The Personal Scale will perform well even in the event of a sudden power failure or lack of access to a power source. This device will work for up to 8 hours powered by rechargeable batteries.

They Guarantee Safe Measurements

The build-in ALIBI Memory automatically records copies of measurements. They can be viewed and archived, but modifying and deleting them is not feasible. This means that your measurements are protected.

They Do Not Hide Anything from You

The Personal Scale have a PUE C315 Weighing Terminal equipped with a backlit LCD display – energy-efficient and readable from any angle.

Internal battery

Internal and rechargeable battery of SLA 6 V type (sealed lead acid) enables device operation without connecting the device to the mains (9h operation). The weighing instrument controls battery status and displays a respective pictogram on the screen.

Peak hold

Function registering the greatest temporary indication occurring in course of the weighing process. It is most often used in medical scales in order to hold the measurement indication.

GLP Procedures

Diagnostic function allowing to objectively document performed measurements. GLP procedures may be either presented in a short report form or extended one.

ALIBI Memory

"ALIBI" memory enables saving and storing up to 100000 measurements. Measurements are saved automatically upon each pressing of the key. There is no need for any additional operations or changing settings.
The following data related with the measurements is saved: measurement date; measurement time; result (mass); tare value; operator carrying out the measurement (logged in); product name.
The software saves the measurement in a so called loop, i.e. when the measurement no. 100001 is saved, the measurement 1 gets automatically deleted from the memory.
Measurements saved to balance memory cannot be deleted.
You can preview and print out the data saved to the ALIBI database.

BMI

The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height, and is expressed in units of kg/m2, resulting from mass in kilograms and height in metres.
