4Y.M microbalances feature modern design that enables high accuracy and fast measurements.
They are equipped with reliable measuring system housed within a tight casing. With this feature, the

balance

provides accuracy and fast measurement for almost any laboratory conditions. The electronic part of the

balance

features modern hardware and software architecture. Integrated software, Windows Embedded Compact 7, Flash memory, Double Hardware System guarantee speed and reliability of collecting and processing information. 4Y.M series is equipped with 5.7" LCD colour touch screen which improves

weighing

instruments operation and presenting measurements results. Complex databases enable to register, print and export measurements. The

weighing

instrument system supports 13 languages. 4Y.M

microbalance

is an optimized modern tool equipped with an automatic levelling control system (LevelSENSING).

Customization option is based on individual operators’ profiles and permissions levels that limit the access to the weighing instrument's menu. Programmable proximity sensors offer wide range of possibilities: zeroing, taring, printing and more.
Numerous functions, such as differential weighing, enable multi-step

mass

control of the same sample subjected to different processes.
The software security system and the ability to document the process using printouts (standard/non-standard) ensures compliance of the weighing instruments with GLP/GMP systems in almost every area (pharmacy, petrochemistry, environment protection and many others). 
CAUTION:
In order to carry out the weighing process by means of microbalances and ultra-microbalances correctly, it is necessary to prepare the workstation and to operate the device as required.

Elimination of extra sources of vibration
Using wireless terminal facilitates elimination of additional vibrations resulting from daily operation on a balance. Owing to that, balances with highest resolutions might be used without the need of dedicated weighing workstations.

Convenience and comfort of weighing in fume cupboards and laminar flow cabins
Wireless communication between a terminal and a weighing module makes balance operation more comfortable and safer.

Balance isolation form influence of environmental conditions
Wireless communication allows to either place the weighing module inside a draft shield or to isolate it from the operator. This allows to weight toxic substances without putting operator's health or life at risk.

Moveable range

Dual range analytical balances can be equipped with much more precise measuring range but only in very limited part of max capacity and only from zero load. A new technology introduced by RADWAG allows for moving this limited range till max capacity of the balance is reached. Such solution has been named as: Moveable range.

Statistical control for determination of basic statistical criteria: maximum, minimum, standard deviation, mean values for each batch, etc.
ALIBI Memory

ALIBI Memory

"ALIBI" memory enables saving and storing up to 100000 measurements.  Measurements are saved automatically upon each pressing of the key. There is no need for any additional operations or changing settings.
The following data related with the measurements is saved: measurement date; measurement time; result (mass); tare value; operator carrying out the measurement (logged in); product name.
The software saves the measurement in a so called loop, i.e. when the measurement no. 100001 is saved, the measurement 1 gets automatically deleted from the memory.
Measurements saved to balance memory cannot be deleted.
You can preview and print out the data saved to the ALIBI database.
