The RMC 2.4Y.FC filter robot is a professional-class measuring device ensuring full automation of filter mass measurement. The robot is based on MYA 4Y microbalance mechanism that guarantees unrivalled repeatability and readability of d= 1 µg. The device enables weighing up to 156 filters.
The device is enclosed in a tight and dustproof chamber protecting it against any contamination. The air conditioning and humidification system ensures stable and fixed ambient conditions inside the chamber, which guarantees correct filters conditioning. Ambient conditions monitoring allows control of current chamber status, record and report of data.

an air conditioning system with HEPA filter for cleaning the air in the vicinity of the robot chamber
ambient conditions monitoring (temperature, humidity, pressure)
a weighing indicator for managing of the device operation
an integrated QR code reader

a PC with the RMCS Filter software for managing the device operation
