DWT/RC R Checkweigher

The roller scale is designed for weighing heavy, large-size packages such as pallets or crates. It allows for final product mass control before it enters the warehouse or is transported to the customer.

 

Intended Use

Depending on the application, the scale can be made in a powder-coated version, dedicated for use in warehouses, or in a stainless-steel version, intended for use in wet environments.

 

Operation Ergonomics

The scale has a large 10-inch touch screen, which is comfortable and intuitive to use. Operation of the roller scales does not require additional training, as the software of all RADWAG checkweighers is unified.

 

Communication Interfaces

An input/ output module and a variety of communication interfaces and protocols such as RS 232/485, Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, and Modbus provide integration with control systems.

 

Capability to Record Measurements

The local SQL database system and integration with the multifunctional server software E2R Checkweigher allow measurements to be recorded and processed.

 

Custom Designs

The scale can also operate in feeder mode by controlling the feeding valves.

 

The scale is MID approved.
