Differential Weighing is one of Weighing application functions. It allows analysis of sample weight variation occurring in the course of a technological process.

In order to enable the said analysis first start mass is determined (weighing 1), next the sample is subjected to particular technological processes. Upon completion it is weighed again (weighing 2) and the difference between the two obtained values is determined (weighing 1 and weighing 2). At the end of Differential Weighing process a report is generated.
