Dosing function enables carrying out product dosing. Your HY10 terminal can be integrated with production lines and operate in automatic systems. Using it you can design simple dosing workstations.

Terminal-peripherals cooperation is possible via both communication interfaces and digital inputs and outputs.

• Databases: operators, dosing processes;
• Database with Alibi memory and reports on completed dosing processes;
• Step by step dosing process design carried out intuitively with use of fourteen functions such as: Dose manually, Dose automatically, Tare, Set Input, etc.;
• Option of double threshold bulk and fine dosing;
• Dosing process control carried out by means of a terminal and via digital inputs, Modbus and Profibus;
• Dispensing;
• Multiplier function enabling dosing process target weight change;
• Option of assigning an individual dosing output for a particular product or common dosing outputs for all products;
• Option of setting cycles quantity or setting loop mode for the process;
• Corrections for dosing can be entered manually or calculated automatically with reference to the most recent measurements;
• Dosing carried out on few platforms at the same time and Flag function enabling option of mutual dependency of processes carried out using particular platforms;
• Use of scanner for selection of database record;
• Option of printing reports on completed dosing processes and possibility to make self-designed report.
